S-1 has signed a facility maintenance service contract worth 102 billion won with Samsung Electronics.

According to S-1's regulatory filing on the 29th, the contract amount is 102,024,972,000 won. This is equivalent to 3.53% of the company's most recent revenue of 2,888,941,242,255 won based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The contracting party is S-1's affiliate Samsung Electronics, and the services will be provided in South Korea. The contract period runs for three years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, and the contract was signed on September 29, 2026.

Under the main contract terms, there is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payments will be billed and paid on a monthly basis.

The disclosed contract amount is the total for the three-year period, excluding value-added tax. S-1 provided an estimate that sums the amounts for the second and third years based on the first-year contract amount, and if grounds for changing the entrusted amount arise, the two companies may adjust it through mutual consultation.
