Hyundai Movex announced in a regulatory filing on the 30th that it has signed a 72 billion won contract with Kumho Tire for the supply of logistics automation modules and robots.

The contract amount of 72 billion won excludes value-added tax and represents 18.28% of the company's recent revenue of 393.94 billion won based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The counterparty to the contract is Kumho Tire Co., Ltd. The sales and supply location is the new plant site in Hampyeong County, South Jeolla Province, and the contract period runs from September 29, 2026 to October 31, 2028.

The contract payment will be made in stages: 20% as a down payment, followed by 20% upon the order of commercial products, 10% upon shop assembly, 20% upon delivery to the plant, and 20% upon test operation, with the remaining balance of 10% to be paid upon completion of the final inspection.

The sales and supply method combines in-house production and outsourced production. Hyundai Movex stated that the contract amount and contract period may be changed by mutual agreement between the two companies.
