LinkSolution announced in a regulatory filing on the 30th that it has signed a single sales and supply contract worth 1.4331 billion won with Hanwha Aerospace.

The contract concerns the development and verification of additive manufacturing process parameters for lunar lander engines and thrusters. The contract amount of 1.4331 billion won represents 10.92% of LinkSolution's most recent annual revenue of 13.1246 billion won (13,124,605,399 won) based on its 2025 audited financial report.

The counterparty is Hanwha Aerospace, and the region of sale and supply is South Korea. The contract was signed on September 29, with the contract period running from September 29, 2026 to December 31.

Payment terms are as follows: an advance payment of 30% within 14 days of contract signing, an interim payment of 50% within 15 days of delivery of the first deliverables, and the remaining 20% within 15 days of delivery of the final deliverables.

The sale and supply method is in-house production and does not involve outsourced production. LinkSolution stated that it has performed similar contracts with Hanwha Aerospace over the past three years.

In addition, this contract is not a conditional contract, and the disclosed contract amount excludes value-added tax.
