According to the regulatory filing, Saeronix and 16 related parties hold a total of 8,984,707 shares and other securities in L&F, representing a 22.08% ownership ratio. The number of voting rights was also tallied at 8,983,810 (22.08%). Compared to the previous report, there is no change in the number of shares held or voting rights.
The reason for this change report is the 'extension of a stock-collateralized loan.' The shares subject to the principal contract total 3,081,563 (7.57%), identical to the previous report.
Details of the contract show that the collateralized shares of Saeronix, whose contracts were amended on September 26, are 700,000 shares with Korea Securities Finance Corporation and 530,000 shares with Kookmin Bank. The collateral agreement with Korea Securities Finance Corporation runs for eight months, from September 26, 2026, to May 26, 2027, with a loan amount of KRW 28.8 billion and an interest rate of 4.90%. The collateral agreement with Kookmin Bank runs for 12 months, from September 26, 2026, to September 27, 2027, with a loan amount of KRW 10 billion and an interest rate of 5.28%.
In terms of the shareholding composition, Saeronix itself holds 5,487,870 shares and other securities (13.49%). Among the related parties, Kwang Sung Electronics Inc. holds 1,272,218 shares (3.13%), Kwangseong Electronics holds 585,476 shares (1.44%), Heo Jae-hong holds 733,224 shares (1.80%), and Heo Jae-hyun holds 570,034 shares (1.40%).
Saeronix stated its holding purpose as 'influence over management control.' It said that as the company's largest shareholder and director, it exerts influence over the company, and while there are currently no detailed plans regarding the matters listed in the filing, it intends to decide on relevant actions in line with the company's business objectives should such matters arise.
