The KBS 1TV daily drama 'Mom Is Crazy' depicts the contrasting worries of two mothers in its sixth episode. The conflict between Jo Mi-mi (played by Kim Hee-jung) and Jeon Jin-hee (played by Kang Kyung-hun), each facing different problems with their sons, begins in earnest.

First, Jo Mi-mi is shocked to learn of her second son Kang Dae-chi's (played by Kim Jong-hoon) failed investment. Kang Dae-chi followed a senior colleague at his company into an investment that failed, and the family home has even been slapped with a seizure notice. As Jo Mi-mi presses her son about the secret he has been hiding, tension rises within the family.

Meanwhile, Jeon Jin-hee decides to personally take charge of her son Cha Do-yoon's (played by Bae Ji-wan) marriage. She invites her subordinate Kang Ye-ri (played by Kim Na-eun) to a dinner celebrating her wedding anniversary with her husband Cha In-sung (played by Nam Sung-jin), attempting to set the two up together. Cha Do-yoon, belatedly realizing his mother's intention, is caught off guard. Notably, there is a special reason why Jeon Jin-hee has picked Kang Ye-ri as her son's match.

In a previous episode, Jo Mi-mi's eldest son Kang Kang-nam (played by Kang Eun-tak) returned home with his daughter Kang Su-ah (played by Kim Rae-on) after his divorce, causing an uproar in the household. In this sixth episode, the contrasting attitudes of the two mothers as they try to resolve their children's problems are starkly juxtaposed.
