Spear announced that it has signed a special alloy supply contract worth 24,229,988,640 won with a global U.S. aerospace launch company. The contract is conditional, and the contract amount equals 25.33% of the company's consolidated revenue of 95,638,566,409 won based on the fiscal year 2025 financial statements.

The contract amount in dollar terms is 17,835,840 U.S. dollars, converted using the first announced exchange rate of 1,358.50 won per dollar on the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on October 6, 2026.

The contract period runs from October 6, 2026 to November 1, 2027. The contract date was set at October 6, 2026, based on the date of receipt and confirmation of the P/O document. The end date is a provisional date set in consideration of the expected payment receipt schedule after delivery, and a corrective disclosure will be filed if the schedule changes.

Regarding payment terms, there is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be made within 60 days of the invoice issuance date. The supply method covers both in-house production and outsourced production.

Meanwhile, the counterparty's company name, recent revenue, relationship with the company, and delivered items were not disclosed at the counterparty's request to protect business secrets. The withholding period for disclosure related to the contract counterparty is until November 1, 2027, and the reason for withholding is the counterparty's request to keep business secrets confidential.

Spear stated that the main details of the contract were not disclosed due to the need to protect business secrets, and that the contract may be changed or canceled in whole or in part by the counterparty. If any changes occur, a corrective disclosure will be filed.
