PMT has signed a contract to supply semiconductor testing equipment to Samsung Electronics.

According to PMT's regulatory filing on the 8th, the confirmed contract amount is 7,292,500,000 won, equivalent to 28.84% of the company's separate-basis revenue of 25,287,730,000 won for the most recent fiscal year, 2025. The item to be supplied is a PROBE CARD, a type of semiconductor testing equipment, and the contract amount excludes value-added tax.

The counterparty to the contract is Samsung Electronics, and the region of sale and supply is South Korea. PMT has a track record of executing similar contracts with Samsung Electronics over the past three years.

The contract period runs from October 7, 2026, to January 10, 2027. The start date is based on the date of receipt of the purchase order (PO), and the end date was set reflecting the latest delivery date stated in the quotation.

The supply method is in-house production and does not involve outsourced production. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be made in a lump sum upon completion of delivery and inspection.

The company stated that the contract period may be changed by mutual agreement between the two parties.
