Hanwha Ocean announced on the 8th that it corrected the payment date for the paid-in capital increase of its subsidiary, Hanwha Ocean USA International LLC, from the previously stated December 31, 2026, to October 8, 2026. The correction pertains to the 'Decision on Paid-In Capital Increase by Subsidiary' disclosed on March 19, and the company explained that the payment date was amended as the capital increase was completed that day.
