On the 11th episode of the KBS2 variety program 'Happy Together - Glad You're Not Alone,' judge Jang Hang-jun was shown shedding tears while watching the performance of the Ggotmae Youth Choir.
On this day, 12 teams selected from across the country competed for the final championship in the 'Final Stage on the Han River.' Yoo Jae-suk, Jang Hang-jun, and Yoon Jong-shin of the 'Horn-Rimmed Glasses Trio' served as judges, while Rience's Won-i, Minami, Forestella's Ko Woo-rim, and Kang Hyung-ho participated as special MCs.
The performance that particularly captured attention in this episode was that of the Ggotmae Youth Choir, whose members have an average age of 80. When the choir performed 'Become a Thousand Winds,' Jang Hang-jun was unable to contain his emotions and showed tears, lending a solemn atmosphere to the venue. Known for his usually cool-headed personality, Jang Hang-jun said, "I never expected to cry like this."
The performance moved everyone, including the judges and MCs. Rience's Won-i said, "I was crying even before they started singing. I want to tell the grandmothers that their lives begin now." Forestella's Ko Woo-rim, who is not usually one to cry easily, also said, "It was a performance that made it impossible not to cry."
