Singer Bada announced that her medical checkup results determined her biological age to be 26, and she will take on Korean traditional folk songs alongside Lee Chun-hee, a master singer and holder of the state-designated intangible cultural heritage of Gyeonggi folk songs. This process will be revealed in the first part of KBS 1TV's 'Song Camp: Arirang Across the Sea,' which premieres on October 13.

The program follows Bada, a first-generation K-POP diva now in her 29th career year, as she embarks on a project to spread Korean sound in France.

Before departing for France, Bada introduced her background, saying she had learned traditional Korean singing (chang) since childhood and that her father was a singer, showing confidence. She described herself as "well-equipped in wisdom, virtue, and body." She explained that 'wisdom' refers to her understanding of Korean sound and K-POP, 'virtue' to having lived righteously, and 'body' to her biological age of 26, as confirmed in a recent health checkup.

To hone her folk song skills, Bada visited master singer Lee Chun-hee in person and asked to become her student. During filming, a scene unfolded in which Lee remarked, "You must have learned singing from your father too," while Bada performed 'Nongbu-ga' (Farmer's Song).

Bada showed perfectionist tendencies, saying, "I'm the type who has to do something more than 100 times before I'm satisfied," and the production staff even lamented on set, "Please stop..."

Upon arriving in Paris, Bada conveyed the atmosphere of the location, saying, "I guess I can't afford to sleep."

'Song Camp: Arirang Across the Sea' chronicles the process of combining the 'han' (sorrow) and 'heung' (joy) of Korean folk songs with the melodies of French chanson. Part 1 airs on October 13 and Part 2 on October 14, each at 7:40 p.m.
