Kotz Technology announced in a regulatory filing on the 12th that it has signed a goods supply contract worth 14.77 billion won with HD Hyundai Heavy Industries.

The contract covers the supply of command-and-control cabinets and single-board computers needed for the Jangbogo-II performance improvement system development. The contract value of 14.77 billion won amounts to 21.68% of Kotz Technology's recent revenue of 68,114,262,512 won. The recent revenue figure is based on separate financial statements as of December 31, 2025, and the contract amount excludes value-added tax.

The counterparty to the contract is HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, and the sales and supply region is South Korea. The contract period runs from October 12, 2026 to March 31, 2032.

The supply method is in-house production and does not involve outsourced production. There is no down payment or advance payment, and the payment will be made after delivery of the equipment according to the buyer's regular payment terms.

Kotz Technology stated that the contract period and contract amount may be changed by mutual agreement in the future depending on the progress of the project and the buyer's processes.
