MBN's variety show 'The Legendary Men' will present a special 'Trot Men vs. Women Death Match' episode on the 14th at 9:40 p.m. A total of 18 trot singers, male and female, will face off in a battle of vocal skill and wit.

The lineup is impressive. The Legendary Men team features the TOP7 of 'Unknown Legend' — Seongri, Haru, Jang Han-byeol, Hwang Yoon-sung, Jung Yeon-ho, Lee Chang-min, and Irune — joined by Shin Seung-tae and Nae Tae-ju. The opposing Women's Supreme team consists of Ban Ga-hui, Geumjan-di, Jung Mi-ae, Stephanie, Eun Ga-eun, Gu Su-gyeong, Jang Hye-ri, Kim Tae-yeon, and Bin Ye-seo. Nine men and nine women, 18 singers in total, will take the stage to compete. Notably, the Women's Supreme team drew attention for including female singers from a wide range of age groups.

The biggest talking point of this broadcast is the chemistry between the married couple Eun Ga-eun and Park Hyun-ho. Seongri said, "There's one strange person mixed into the Women's Supreme team," to which Eun Ga-eun replied, "Why? They're all women. Why?" When it was revealed that Park Hyun-ho had been included in the women's team, Eun Ga-eun strongly sided with her husband. Park Hyun-ho called out "Honey~" in a relaxed atmosphere, and Nae Tae-ju joked, "Hyun-ho, aren't you a bit too henpecked?" Park Hyun-ho responded with laughter, "That's right. I have to go home after the recording anyway, so even if I win, so what~"

Another highlight is the 'Song of the Month' showdown between Hwang Yoon-sung of the Legendary Men team and Stephanie of the Women's Supreme team. Hwang Yoon-sung said he recently had his fortune told and revealed that his ideal type is an older woman who suits him well. Jang Min-ho chimed in, "I actually asked Yoon-sung about his ideal type, and he said it's close to Stephanie." Hwang Yoon-sung's confession that he is "drawn to the assertive 'teto-nyeo' style" softened the mood on set.

MCs Jang Min-ho and Yang Se-hyung introduced this broadcast as "the first-ever 'Trot Men vs. Women Death Match' that will rewrite trot history." The singers' outstanding vocal abilities, unexpected chemistry, and diverse wit are expected to be the main attractions of this special episode.
