The subscription for recruiting prospective tenants of Hanam Gamil·Wirye Happy House units began on the 12th. Targeting newlywed couples, couples planning to marry, and single-parent families, the subscription runs until the 14th.

According to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH)'s "Recruitment Notice for Prospective Tenants of Hanam Gamil·Wirye Happy House," the application period runs from 10 a.m. on the 12th to 4 p.m. on the 14th. Applications can be submitted 24 hours a day during the period excluding the opening and closing days, and on the final day, the 14th, applications must be completed before 4 p.m. During the application period, applications can be modified or deleted, but no changes are allowed after the deadline.

Target Complexes and Eligible Applicants

The recruitment targets Halla Vivaldi Phase 2 in the Hanam Gamil A7 block and Wirye Ro Zebiang in the Hanam Wirye A3-3b block. Both complexes are mixed developments combining public-sale and Happy House units, and this recruitment is for prospective Happy House tenants.

The eligible groups are newlywed couples and single-parent families.

• Newlywed couples: married for 7 years or less, or with children aged 6 or under
• Couples planning to marry: those who can prove their marriage before move-in
• Single-parent families: those with children aged 6 or under (including unborn children)

However, applicants must meet the homeownership requirements and income and asset standards specified in the notice.

Application Ranking Determined by Residence or Income Base

Applicants whose or whose spouse's residence or income base is in Hanam, Seoul, Guri, Namyangju, Gwangju in Gyeonggi Province, or Seongnam qualify for the first rank. Residents of Seoul's Gangnam District are also included in the first rank.

Those residing in or having an income base in Gyeonggi Province or Incheon Metropolitan City, excluding first-rank areas, fall under the second rank, while all other applicants are classified as third rank.

• Announcement of document submission candidates: after 3 p.m. on the 26th
• Document submission: October 28 to November 3 (online or by registered mail)
• Final winner announcement: scheduled after 5 p.m. on January 28, 2027

Precautions

This recruitment is for prospective tenants in preparation for current vacant units and homes that may become vacant due to future contract forfeitures and cancellations. Therefore, even if selected as a prospective tenant, considerable time may pass before actual contracting and moving in.

In addition, regardless of the supply type or target group of the two complexes, only one application per household is allowed, and duplicate applications will all be invalidated.
