Park Woo-jin returns with his second EP, 'Solstice.'

Park Woo-jin will release his second EP album, 'Solstice,' at 6 p.m. today, the release date, through various music streaming sites. This album is his first new release in about one year and five months, and his first album as an artist under Paramusic.

The album title 'Solstice' refers to the moment when the sun reaches its extreme point. Park Woo-jin infused this work with his attempt to take on new possibilities based on his own experiences. He stated that he embraced the anxiety and concerns felt during the challenge as part of his growth process, and expanded his musical territory in his own way.

The title track 'Stamina' is a tech house genre song that themes the audacity of overcoming limits based on self-confidence. With a dynamic beat, processed bass, and sharp synth sounds in harmony, Park Woo-jin's signature mid-to-low tone vocals express the power to push forward toward his dreams.

The album contains a total of four tracks. 'Syncopation' conveys a free-spirited charm, 'Come Back' expresses regret and longing through rap and vocals, and 'C-119 (feat. TWLV)' delivers a sense of liberation.

In this album, Park Woo-jin expanded not only his rap and performance but also his vocal presence. He participated in writing the lyrics for three songs, including the title track, and for 'Come Back,' he wrote the lyrics alone and was also credited as a co-composer. Through the tracks encompassing various genres and emotions, he broadened his musical spectrum.

Earlier, on the 12th, the music video teaser for 'Stamina' was released through his official social media. In the teaser video, Park Woo-jin displayed a confident presence in various settings, emphasizing the mood of the new song, while the intense beat heightened anticipation for the full performance.

Park Woo-jin debuted in 2017 as a member of the group Wanna One and began activities with AB6IX in 2019. After making his solo debut in February 2023, he released 'Self-Portrait,' his first mini album 'oWn,' and his first single album 'Cool & Hot.' During his activities with Wanna One and AB6IX, he also built up award wins at numerous ceremonies, including the Soribada Awards, Asia Artist Awards, Golden Disc Awards, and Seoul Music Awards.

Meanwhile, a comeback showcase is scheduled for 8 p.m. on the day of 'Solstice' release, where he will meet with fans.
