Uriro announced in a regulatory filing on the 15th that it has signed a contract worth 22,777,760,000 won to supply optical semiconductors for data centers with China's Wuhan ETERN Optoelectronics Group Limited.

The contract amount represents a large-scale order equivalent to 53.6% of Uriro's recent revenue of 42,474,837,788 won based on its consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025.

The counterparty, Wuhan ETERN Optoelectronics Group Limited, is a company that manufactures and sells optical communication system solutions and components. The sales and supply region is China, and the supply method is in-house production.

The contract period runs from October 14, 2026 to February 13, 2029. The delivery completion date is December 30, 2028, and the contract end date was calculated to reflect the condition that payment be made within 45 days after delivery is completed. Payment will be made on monthly settlement terms of 45 days after passing inspection and receipt of the invoice, with no separate down payment or advance payment.

The contract amount is based on 16,992,000 US dollars, converted into Korean won at the Seoul foreign exchange brokerage exchange rate (1,340.50 won per dollar) on the contract signing date of October 14, 2026.

Additionally, Uriro explained that the contract amount may change depending on fluctuations in the procurement costs of major raw materials.
