Vinatech announced on the 21st that it has signed a single sales and supply contract to provide supercapacitors for data centers in India.

The contract amount is 119,474,738,573 won, equivalent to 145.30% of the company's most recent revenue (82,228,905,359 won) based on its 2025 consolidated financial statements. This contract is not a conditional contract.

The counterparty is SANMINA CORPORATION, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company specializing in contract manufacturing of electronic products. Vinatech stated that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with this company over the past three years.

The contract period runs from October 21, 2026 to December 23, 2027. The start date is the date of receipt of the purchase order (PO), and the end date is the final delivery completion date specified in the PO. The sales and supply region is India, with the supply method being outsourced production through Vinatech's overseas subsidiary.

The contract amount in dollar terms is US$89,965,917.60, calculated by multiplying the unit price by the purchase quantity stated in the PO. The won conversion was based on the first announced exchange rate of the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on October 21, 2026 (1,328 won per dollar). No contract deposit or advance payment was reported.

Separately, the KOSDAQ Market Division announced that trading of Vinatech common shares would be suspended from 3:53 p.m. until market close on the same day due to the single sales and supply contract. The trading suspension is based on Article 37 of the KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Regulations and Article 18 of the Enforcement Rules thereof. In addition, pursuant to Article 26 of the Enforcement Rules of the KOSDAQ Market Business Regulations, pre-market off-hour trades will not be executed on the day trading resumes.
