T&E Korea conducted its general subscription over two days, from the 20th to the 21st. With the subscription schedule now concluded, investors are watching closely to see how many of the shares they applied for will actually be allocated to them.

According to the subscription results, a total of 208,413 applications were received over the two days on the 20th and 21st. Based on this, the number of shares for even allocation is 1.44 shares at the minimum subscription level, and the proportional competition ratio was recorded at 2,505.78 to 1.

The subscription was conducted through Shinhan Investment Securities, with the final offering price set at 15,300 won. The number of shares allocated to general investors is 600,000, and the refund date is scheduled for the 23rd.

Going forward, investors' attention is expected to shift to the final allocation results and the stock price movement after listing.

Meanwhile, T&E Korea produces turbo blowers and air and gas compression-related products based on turbomachinery technology used in the aerospace and automotive sectors, incorporating oil-free bearings and high-speed power electronics technology. According to regulatory filings, its main products include turbo blowers for water treatment and process applications, air blowers and recirculation blowers for hydrogen power generation, air blowers for linear generators, and air compressors for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
