Seohan has won a 129.6 billion won contract for the construction of a 9MW-class AIDC data center being built in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Seohan announced on the 21st that it signed a construction contract for the Daechi-dong AIDC 9MW data center construction project. The contract amount is 129.6 billion won, accounting for 20.09% of its revenue of 645.11446 billion won based on the 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The contracting party is Korea Real Daechi-dong AIDC PAVE I Co., Ltd., and the construction site is located at 999-8 Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The contract was signed on October 21, 2026.

The construction period runs from November 30, 2026 to February 28, 2029. The company stated that the contract period is 27 months from the commencement date of construction, and the actual start date may be subject to some changes later.

Under the contract terms, there is no down payment or advance payment, and the construction cost will be paid in progress payments at two-month intervals from the commencement date. This contract is not a conditional contract, and the contract amount excludes value-added tax.
