■ Contract Overview The contract amount is 5,156,684,000 won, equivalent to 12.67% of Wavice's revenue of 40,761,497,970 won based on its non-consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. The contract period runs from October 21, 2026 to July 4, 2029. The delivery recipient is Hanwha Systems, and the supply method is in-house production.

The counterparty, Hanwha Systems Co., Ltd., is primarily engaged in defense and ICT businesses, with revenue of 3,664,150,568,020 won based on its consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. Wavice stated that it has performed similar contracts with Hanwha Systems over the past three years.

■ Payment and Warranty Conditions There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be made in cash within 10 days after the delivery deadline. The warranty period is 24 months from the delivery date to the military end-user.

■ Possibility of Contract Changes This contract was signed as an estimated-price contract. Depending on the results of the ordering customer's cost verification, a modified contract concerning unit prices and quantities may be concluded. Accordingly, the company stated that the contract period and contract amount may change in the course of future proceedings.
