Elice will invest 330 billion won to build artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure to meet customer demand.

Elice announced the investment decision in a regulatory filing on the 22nd. The 330 billion won investment amounts to 114.0% of the company's equity capital of 289,463,636,497 won.

The purpose of the investment is to build AI PMDC and infrastructure to respond to customer demand, with the investment targeting AI PMDC facilities in the Honam region and AI infrastructure including GPUs.

The company explained that the investment amount is an approved limit, set at about 110% of the expected cost in consideration of price fluctuations and exchange rate changes.

The investment period runs from November 2, 2026 to June 30, 2027. However, the end date is provisional and may change as the investment proceeds. The company also stated that the investment amount may vary depending on changes in the business environment during execution.

The ratio of the investment amount to equity capital was calculated based on the equity capital in the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025, the end of the most recent fiscal year, reflecting subsequent changes in capital and capital surplus.

Meanwhile, Elice was listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 20th, and the investment decision was made at a board meeting on the 22nd.
