In terms of governance structure, the major shareholder is MobiDays, holding a 66.96% stake. The combined stake of MobiDays and four others is 95.65%. The company's CEO is Ahn Jung-eun, and its head office is located at 417 Eonju-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The designated advisor is Daishin Securities, and the share registration agency is Hana Bank.

Meanwhile, MobiContentsTech's fiscal year ends in December, and the dividend accrual date for common shares is January 1, 2026.
