EcoPro BM has completed the payment for its shareholder-allocated rights offering worth 886,138,605,000 won. The new shares to be issued are scheduled to be listed on November 5.

On October 23, EcoPro BM announced through a securities issuance results disclosure that 100% of the payment had been completed for the rights offering conducted via the 'general public subscription after shareholder allocation' method, as resolved at the board meeting on June 30.

The shares issued through this rights offering total 9,900,990 registered common shares. The actual number of shares issued is identical to the initially planned number, and the actual issuance amount also matches the planned figure of 886,138,605,000 won. The payment date for the rights offering is October 23, 2026.

The company plans to list the newly issued shares, with the listing date for the new share certificates scheduled for November 5.

Meanwhile, EcoPro BM previously submitted its securities registration statement, investment prospectus, and rights offering decision disclosure on October 13, and announced the subscription results for the rights offering on October 19.
