■ Notes on Provisional Results

HS Hyosung stated that these results are provisional consolidated operating figures prepared in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS). The company explained that the figures may change if the settlement results of equity-method affiliates vary, such as through the reflection of equity-method gains and losses, and that some numbers could also differ during the accounting review process by external auditors. It also added that the year-on-year and cumulative figures reflect profit and loss from discontinued operations due to business transfers by subsidiaries.
