Jung Seo-ju set a remarkable record by topping the female singer category of the Netizens' Awards singer division for the 28th consecutive month in October. In the voting held throughout October, Jung Seo-ju took first place with 30,880 votes, a 50.6% share. Compared to her September figures (18,973 votes, 38.7%), her vote count increased by more than 11,900 and her share rose by 11.9 percentage points, restoring majority support in one stroke.

Second and third place were held by the same candidates as in September, cementing the upper-tier standings. Bin Ye-seo defended second place with 7,407 votes (12.1%), maintaining a double-digit share. Kim Da-hyun, who had risen two spots to third in September, secured 5,461 votes (9.0%), more than her September total (5,294 votes), and stably kept third place.

The biggest battleground of the October vote was the middle-upper tier from 4th to 6th place, where three candidates faced off with gaps of only around 50 votes, reshuffling the rankings. Mae Jin, who was 5th in September (3,118 votes, 6.4%), rebounded one spot to 4th with 3,343 votes (5.5%), while Yang Ji-eun, 6th in September (2,947 votes, 6.0%), took 5th with 3,339 votes (5.5%)—just 4 votes behind Mae Jin. Meanwhile, Song Ga-in, who was 4th in September (3,349 votes, 6.8%), remained at 6th with 3,293 votes (5.4%).

From 7th to 15th place, the middle tier saw no change whatsoever in rankings, with September's landscape continuing unchanged. Kang Hye-yeon placed 7th with 1,517 votes (2.5%), Hong Seong-yoon 8th with 1,173 votes (1.9%), and Hong Ji-yoon 9th with 1,018 votes (1.7%), each maintaining vote totals above 1,000. Hong-ja, in 10th, held the last spot in the top 10 with 999 votes (1.6%), a slight increase from September (986 votes). Outside the top 10, existing rankings also remained solid: Kim So-yeon took 11th with 690 votes (1.1%), Kim Tae-yeon 12th with 539 votes (0.9%), Na-young 13th with 411 votes (0.7%), Jeon Yu-jin 14th with 256 votes (0.4%), and Miss Kim 15th with 159 votes (0.3%), completing a leaderboard identical to September's.

In the lower tier from 16th to 20th place, rank movements and a tie battle unfolded. Lee So-na, who was 18th in September (116 votes, 0.2%), rose two spots to 16th with 156 votes (0.3%). Bae Ah-hyun and Hwasa each garnered 129 votes (0.2%), placing 17th and 18th respectively, while Park Hye-won, 16th in September (128 votes, 0.3%), ranked 19th with 109 votes (0.2%). Le Senne Won took 20th place with 6 votes, closing out the October female singer category vote.
