In the October Netizen Awards Hall of Fame Immortal Star voting, Shin Hae-chul raised both his vote count and share, claiming the top spot for the eighth consecutive month. His lead, which began in March, continued through October, further solidifying his long-running dominance.

In the final October tally, Shin Hae-chul won 1,797 votes (67.5%). Reversing the slight dip seen in August with 1,529 votes (60.2%) and September with 1,436 votes (59.3%), he added 361 votes in one month and rebounded to a share in the late 60 percent range.

Shin Hae-chul recently received the Eun-gwan (Silver Crown) Order of Cultural Merit from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency at the '2026 Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards' ceremony. On that day, Shin Hae-chul's son Shin Dong-won received the medal certificate from Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Choi Hwi-young.

■ Bae Ho Holds 2nd Place… Kim Jung-ho and Jang Hyun Swap 3rd and 4th

In the upper ranks, the second-place spot remained unchanged, while the 3rd and 4th place positions swapped owners.

Bae Ho kept second place following August and September with 343 votes (12.9%). Compared to his September record of 393 votes (16.2%), both his vote count and share declined somewhat, but he maintained double-digit support and upheld one pillar of the top tier.

In the 3rd to 4th place range, which had seen no change for two months in August and September, a ranking shift occurred. Kim Jung-ho, who was 4th in September (133 votes, 5.5%), secured 169 votes (6.4%) in October, raising both his vote count and share to climb one step to 3rd place. Meanwhile, Jang Hyun, who recorded 3rd place in September (238 votes, 9.8%), managed only 163 votes (6.1%) in October, landing in 4th place, six votes behind Kim Jung-ho.

■ Yoo Jae-ha, Hyun-chul, and Kim Kwang-seok Hold Rankings…Tie Battle in Lower Ranks

The middle tier from 5th to 7th place continued the ranking structure reshuffled in September. Yoo Jae-ha, who rose to 5th in September, defended his position in October with 97 votes (3.6%). Hyun-chul raised his vote count and share from 47 votes (1.9%) in September to 66 votes (2.5%) in October, maintaining 6th place. Kim Kwang-seok, who won 18 votes (0.7%), kept the same spot in 7th place following August and September.

In the lower ranks, a tie battle unfolded in the 9th and 10th place range. Turtle Man held 8th place following September with 4 votes (0.2%), while Kim Hyun-sik, who was 10th in September (6 votes, 0.2%), and Jeon Tae-kwan, who was 9th in September (7 votes, 0.3%), each recorded 2 votes (0.1%) in the October voting, placing 9th and 10th, respectively.
