According to the final voting results, "21st Century Grand Prince's Wife" firmly defended the top spot by securing a total of 20,369 votes (a 37.8% share). This figure represents a 2.4 percentage point increase from the 35.4% recorded last month, proving its consistent upward trend since its broadcast.

The competition at the top became even fiercer due to the fierce pursuit of SBS's "I'm Human From Today." "I'm Human From Today" took second place with 19,684 votes (36.5%). With only a mere 1.3 percentage point difference from the leader, a fiery battle of pride between the fandoms unfolded, adding tension that the throne could potentially change in the future.

Following them, MBC's "Motel California" defended its 3rd place spot with 3,917 votes (7.3%), solidifying its position in the top tier. Disney+'s "Raging Torrent," which was in 5th place last month, leaped to 4th place with 2,855 votes (5.3%), while Netflix's "Can This Love Be Translated?" recorded 2,260 votes (4.2%) and dropped to 5th place.

In the mid-tier competition, SBS's "Don't Kiss Just Because!" kept its 6th place spot with 1,856 votes (3.4%), and Disney+'s "Hyper Knife" settled in 7th place with 1,595 votes (3.0%).

In the lower ranks, interesting reversals continued amidst the fans' steady support. tvN's "Typhoon Merchant" gained momentum compared to last month, rising to 8th place with 924 votes (1.7%), while SBS's "Space Merimi" stepped down one rank to 9th place with 401 votes (0.7%). JTBC's "Everyone Is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" took 10th place with 14 votes.
