The tvN drama 'Lovely Runner' has once again defended its top spot in the Acting Category Masterpiece Award at the May Netizens' Awards. According to the May voting results, 'Lovely Runner' swept a total of 23,209 votes, defending its throne in 1st place with an overwhelming vote rate of 67.3%. Since the category was changed to the Masterpiece Award, this work has never yielded the top spot, and with this victory, it set a record of ranking first for five consecutive months. It raised its support rate by 2.9 percentage points (p) compared to the 64.4% recorded last April, proving its overwhelming popularity that remains uncooled even two years after its broadcast ended.

The battle for the top ranks in this May's race saw fierce ranking reversals, heightening the tension. MBC's 'The Story of Park's Marriage Contract', which remained in 3rd place last April, demonstrated its potential by leaping to 2nd place in one fell swoop, securing 2,884 votes (8.4%) thanks to the fierce solidarity of its fandom. Following that, MBC's 'My Dearest' also obtained 2,013 votes (5.8%), ranking in 3rd place, up one step, and settling firmly in the top tier.

Meanwhile, tvN's 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha', which took 2nd place in the previous vote, was pushed down to 4th place this month with 1,765 votes (5.1%), and ENA's 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' defended its 5th place spot with 1,686 votes (4.9%), rounding out the top-tier lineup.

In the middle ranks, the fierce ranking competition reflected the viewers' unchanging affection. While JTBC's 'King the Land' firmly kept its 6th place with 985 votes (2.9%), tvN's 'Crash Landing on You' recorded 854 votes (2.5%), settling in 7th place and closely trailing behind. SBS's 'My Demon' secured 509 votes (1.5%) under the steady support of its fans, taking 8th place and firmly establishing itself as a pillar of the middle ranks.

At the bottom of the rankings, the precious votes of global fans gathered to complete the heated race. Coupang Play's 'What Comes After Love' recorded 364 votes (1.1%) for 9th place, while MBC's 'The Red Sleeve' finally secured 215 votes (0.6%), meaningfully decorating the final spot in the top 10.
