Forte di Quattro took an overwhelming first place in the Best Group category of the May Netizens' Awards. According to the compiled voting results, Forte di Quattro defended the top spot by securing a total of 12,820 votes, achieving a vote rate of 43.5%. Without yielding the first-place spot even once since November of last year, they set an unprecedented record of defending the throne for seven consecutive months with this victory, proving once again that they are the absolute powerhouse of the group category.

The most notable feature of this month's results is the formidable voting power of the groups representing the classical and crossover genres. Liberante secured 5,653 votes (19.2%) to defend its second-place spot, while Fortena also recorded 3,252 votes (11.0%) to rise to third place. Following them, La Poem placed fourth with 2,353 votes (8.0%), and Forestella settled in fifth place with 1,969 votes (6.7%), achieving the magnificent feat of crossover teams completely taking over the entire top five.

In the middle ranks (6th to 10th place), a fierce ranking competition unfolded among the leading idols and bands driving K-pop. While SF9 took sixth place with 831 votes (2.8%), NewJeans followed closely in seventh place with 801 votes (2.7%). Subsequently, BTS ranked eighth with 563 votes (1.9%) amid the support of their global fandom, Jannabi came in ninth with 424 votes (1.4%), and virtual idol representative Plave recorded 351 votes (1.2%), successfully entering the top 10.

In the mid-to-lower ranks of the chart (11th to 20th place), active ranking changes occurred as the voting preferences of fans worldwide were reflected. TWICE leaped to 11th place with 102 votes (0.3%), an increase from the previous month, while BLACKPINK ranked 12th with 61 votes (0.2%). AKMU placed 13th with 58 votes (0.2%), ILLIT ranked 14th with 46 votes (0.2%), and BABYMONSTER took 15th place with 42 votes (0.1%), continuing the next-generation girl groups' retention of their spots in the rankings.

Even in the lower ranks, a fierce competition continued until the very end. LE SSERAFIM defended its 16th place with 38 votes (0.1%), while IVE and ITZY tied with 32 votes (0.1%) each, ranking 17th and 18th side by side. N.Flying ranked 19th with 21 votes (0.1%) amid steady support from their fans, and the newly entered Xdinary Heroes secured 9 votes, taking 20th place to complete the leaderboard for this vote.
