Noble Mobile, a telecommunications universality company founded by former U.S. presidential and New York mayoral candidate Andrew Yang, has acquired hybrid mobile carrier Helium Mobile.

The acquisition target, Helium Mobile, features a token incentive model integrated into the Helium (HNT) and Solana (SOL) ecosystems.
