Inswave announced on the 2nd that it has signed a single sales and supply contract with LG CNS for the domestic financial sector's 'Core Banking Modernization Web Terminal Conversion' project.

The contract amount is 9.875 billion won (9,875,000,000 won), excluding value-added tax. This accounts for 25.35% of Inswave's recent consolidated sales of 38.95802 billion won in 2025. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.

Payment terms stipulate that 100% of the balance will be paid after the final inspection is completed. However, the company explained that it is currently in discussions with the client to modify the collection conditions, and plans to notify through a correction announcement once it is finally confirmed in the future.

Inswave has a track record of executing similar contracts with LG CNS within the past three years. Through this contract, the company will begin full-scale web terminal conversion work related to the domestic financial sector's core banking modernization project.
