Yongin Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Donates Four Latest Hearing Aids to Cheoin Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities

[Yongin=NewsDesk] The Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Hearing and Language Center practiced a warm sharing for hearing-impaired people in the local vulnerable class who have difficulty wearing hearing aids due to financial hardships, on the occasion of the Day of Persons with Disabilities.

On May 29, the Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Hearing and Language Center, located in Cheoin-gu, Yongin, donated four units of Beltone's latest premium hearing aid, 'Envision', to two hearing-impaired individuals selected through the recommendation of the Yongin Cheoin Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities.

This sponsorship was prepared to support the improvement of communication skills and the quality of life for the hearing impaired.

As a specialized hearing rehabilitation institution, the Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Hearing and Language Center has been continuously engaged in social contribution activities for the vulnerable class in the local community. In the past, it has donated hearing aids twice through the Cheoin-gu Senior Welfare Center, supporting the improvement of hearing and the restoration of social communication for the elderly.

The Yongin Cheoin Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities, which selected the recipients of this donation, is a representative comprehensive welfare institution for persons with disabilities in the region that supports their independence and social participation. It provides various welfare services, including developmental rehabilitation services, vocational adaptation training, psychological, language, and music activity programs, and the operation of an assistive technology center.

An official from the Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Hearing and Language Center said, "A hearing aid is not simply a medical device, but an important passage that reconnects one to the world," and added, "I feel a great sense of reward when I see the brightened faces and changed daily lives of the recipients through the donation." They continued, "We will continue to provide professional hearing rehabilitation services and sharing activities in the future so that those who live feeling disconnected from the world because they cannot hear can communicate with society again."

In the future, the Hong Seong-man Hearing Aid Hearing and Language Center plans to further expand its cooperation with local welfare organizations, using this sponsorship as an opportunity, and continuously promote support activities to guarantee the right to communication and improve the quality of life for the hearing impaired.
