This contract amount represents 33.77% of Teraview's consolidated revenue for the 2025 fiscal year (7,581,489,507 KRW). It is the equivalent of USD 1,661,000 converted at the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage rate as of June 30, 2026 (1 USD = 1,541.50 KRW).

Contract Counterparty is a "Global AI Chip Company Focused on GPUs"

The identity of the counterparty will remain undisclosed until May 25, 2027, at their request for trade secret protection. According to the regulatory filing, the company is a global AI chip supplier whose primary business is GPUs, and it has a track record of executing similar contracts with Teraview over the past three years.

Commences on June 30 This Year... Supplied Through In-House Production

The contract period runs from June 30, 2026, to May 25, 2027. The start date is the contract execution date (order confirmation date), and the end date is the deadline for final payment receipt, which may be changed by mutual agreement between the two companies. The equipment will be supplied through in-house production, with no down payment or advance payment involved.
