As the first-half finals for the 2026 June Netizen Awards Super Star Award continue to see fierce competition through the final day, Cho Yong-pil has reclaimed the top spot.

As of 5:56 p.m. on the 30th, Cho Yong-pil holds 4,845 votes (34.1%), maintaining his first-place position in the Super Star Award. Koo Chang-mo holds second place with 3,101 votes (21.8%). They are followed by Kim Wan-sun (1,757 votes), Shin Seung-hun (1,191 votes), and Lee Sun-hee (1,040 votes), forming the top ranks in a fierce battle of reputations.

These rankings carry significant meaning as they are the result of the steady interest and voting enthusiasm of fans who participated in the first-half finals. During this month's competition, Cho Yong-pil temporarily lost the top spot to Koo Chang-mo, but dramatically overtook him in the final stretch of voting, proving his unshakable fandom's solidarity. Koo Chang-mo also maintained a steady pace of votes, forming a tight competition until the very end.

Beyond the top-tier race, artists beloved by the public across generations — including Kim Wan-sun, Shin Seung-hun, Lee Sun-hee, Na Hoon-a, Nam Jin, and Kim Kyung-ho — are evenly making the list, shining in the Super Star Award category.

As the June first-half finals head toward their conclusion, attention is focused on whether Cho Yong-pil will defend his number-one position into July or whether Koo Chang-mo will launch another counterattack.
