Vinatex has signed a supply contract with U.S. power supply systems specialist Bloom Energy Corporation for a supercapacitor system for data centers.

According to a regulatory filing on the 30th, the contract amount totals 41,215,393,800 won. This figure represents 50.12% of Vinatex's most recent consolidated revenue for 2025 (82,228,905,359 won), exceeding half of its annual revenue.

Vinatex plans to supply the products through an overseas subsidiary using an outsourced production method.
