iCraft announced on the 6th through a regulatory filing that it has signed a 104 billion KRW high-performance AI storage supply contract with Naver Cloud.

The contract, titled the '2026 NIPA High-Performance AI Storage Supply Contract,' is worth a total of 104 billion KRW (104,000,000,000 KRW, excluding VAT). This large-scale order accounts for 50.36% of iCraft's most recent consolidated revenue of 206.49954 billion KRW as of the end of 2025.

The contracting party is Naver Cloud Corporation, and the supply region is South Korea. The contract will be carried out from July 3, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Payment terms have been set at 50% advance payment, 31.31% interim payment, and 18.69% final payment, with supply to be conducted through outsourced production. iCraft stated that it has a track record of successfully executing contracts of the same type with the contracting party over the past three years.

According to the company, the contract (order) date is July 6, 2026, which is the date the final contract document was received from the contracting party.
