Hueningkai of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has taken first place in the 'August Birthday Idol' vote held on the global fandom platform UPICK.

In this vote, which ran from June 23 to July 7, Hueningkai claimed the top spot with passionate fan support, beating out formidable candidates including Alpha Drive One's Rio, Babymonster's Pharita, and &TEAM's Kim Gyu-bin. As a reward for finishing first, a video produced directly by fans will be broadcast as an advertisement on the digital Shinyz billboard located at Seoul's Hongik University Station on the Airport Railroad.

Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER will release their fifth single, 'Setsuna Hanabi,' in Japan on August 19. During the final day of their debut 7th anniversary special concert '2026 TXT MOA CON IN JAPAN,' held in Hyogo Prefecture on the 24th of last month, the logo motion for the new album was revealed for the first time, heightening fans' anticipation.

Currently, UPICK is running various themed votes, including 'July's Pick of the Month,' 'Best Position Match - Dancer,' 'Master of Historical Dramas Actor,' and 'J-POP Band Loved by the World.'
