The group RESCENE delivered a special collaborative performance spanning generations alongside KARA's Nicole.

RESCENE appeared on the Mnet broadcast of 'M Countdown' on the 9th, where they unveiled the stage for their remake single 'Pretty Girl' for the first time. The members exuded refreshing and vibrant energy in keeping with the song's upbeat atmosphere, successfully rounding out their first performance.

Notably, in the latter half of the stage, Nicole of KARA — the original singer of the track — made a surprise appearance and performed alongside RESCENE, completing a cross-generational collaboration stage.

The remade track 'Pretty Girl' is a representative hit song by KARA originally released in 2008. While maintaining the original's signature bubbly and confident teen pop sensibility, RESCENE added a refreshing arrangement reminiscent of grapefruit and reinterpreted the song in their own unique color.

Upon release, the new song soared straight to the top of major music charts, ranking No. 1 on the Melon HOT100, No. 4 on the TOP100, and No. 1 on the Bugs real-time chart, receiving an enthusiastic response.

Previously, RESCENE sparked an unprecedented reverse-charting syndrome with 'LOVE ATTACK,' the title track from their first mini album released in August 2024, reaching No. 1 on the Melon TOP100 and No. 3 on the daily chart for the first time in about two years. At the same time, their previously released tracks such as 'Pinball,' 'Deja Vu,' and 'Runaway' also successfully charted, proving their strength as a trending girl group.

Continuing both their reverse-charting craze and the success of their new song, RESCENE plans to appear on various music broadcast programs starting with this 'M Countdown,' carrying out active promotional activities.
