Syntekabio announced on the 9th through a regulatory filing that it has signed a colocation service contract worth 6.48 billion KRW with Atoresearch.

This contract amount represents 188.96% of Syntekabio's consolidated revenue for 2025 (342,923,173.60 KRW), making it a large-scale agreement. The company clarified that the amount includes only fixed colocation space fees.

Atoresearch, the counterparty to the contract, is a company engaged in software development and sales as well as computer-related consulting. The two companies have no record of executing similar contracts within the past three years, and no special relationship between them has been identified.

The key details of the contract are as follows. The service will be provided in South Korea, with a contract period spanning 36 months from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2029. Payment terms stipulate that invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month and payments will be received in cash by the end of the following month.
