The company stated that the purpose of this decision is to enhance shareholder value, stabilize its stock price, and provide compensation to employees and executives. The number of shares to be acquired is 2,061,855 common shares, with a planned acquisition price of 4,850 won per share. However, this figure was calculated based on the closing price on July 10, 2026, and the actual number of shares acquired and the total amount may vary depending on future stock price fluctuations.

Meanwhile, the board of directors approved the agenda on July 13, 2026, with all three outside directors in attendance. The company added that as of the filing date of the disclosure documents (July 13, 2026), it does not hold any treasury shares.
