STX Green Logistics announced in a regulatory filing on the 13th that it has filed an objection demanding the cancellation of a court's ship attachment decision requested by the Korea Development Bank.

According to the filing, the company requested the court to cancel the ship attachment decision handed down by the Seoul Central District Court on June 9 and to dismiss the attachment application. The creditor in this case is the Korea Development Bank, and the debtor is STX Green Logistics Co., Ltd. The company also filed a request that the creditor should bear the litigation costs.

The decision (confirmation) date of this filing is July 13, 2026, which is the actual date the objection to the attachment was received through the company's legal representative.

Meanwhile, STX Green Logistics has taken the following procedural steps regarding this matter: filing a lawsuit for confirmation of non-existence of debt on April 20, 2026; disclosing the lawsuit filing and application on April 30; and disclosing the lawsuit ruling and decision on June 25.
