Actress Yang Yoo-jin has drawn viewers' empathy from the very first episode with her appearance as Ha Young-joo in JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Apartment.'

Yang Yoo-jin appeared in episodes 1 and 2 of 'The Apartment' as Ha Young-joo, the longtime friend of Kang Ha-ri (played by Ha Yoon-kyung). The first scene is set at an elementary school sports day, where Ha Young-joo watches from afar eating gimbap as Kang Ha-ri takes on the role of a child's mother. In this scene, Ha Young-joo conveyed complex emotions through her gaze and facial expressions alone, leaving a strong impression of the character.

In the drama, Ha Young-joo injects energy with her straightforward yet warm personality. When Kang Ha-ri mentions that she got a job at a law firm to earn living expenses, Ha Young-joo advises, "Confess to unnie before things get bigger," carrying out a realistic conversation. Through this, the deep friendship between the two characters is naturally revealed.

When Kang Ha-ri confesses that she kissed the groom Park Hae-kang (played by Ji Sung) while working as a stand-in bride, Ha Young-joo jokes, "Was it your first kiss?"
