Alteogen (196170) has changed the scheduled listing date for new shares issued through a bonus issue.

According to a regulatory filing on the 20th, Alteogen changed the scheduled new share listing date from August 20, 2026, to August 26, 2026, following consultations with relevant authorities. This adjustment is due to a schedule change, and other details, including the bonus issue conditions, remain unchanged from the previous filing.

Through this bonus issue, Alteogen will issue a total of 16,190,827 new shares, comprising 16,068,790 common shares and 122,037 other shares (redeemable convertible preferred shares). The record date for the new share allocation is August 6, 2026, and new shares will be allocated to existing shareholders, excluding treasury shares, at a ratio of 0.3 shares (30%) per share held.

Upon completion of the bonus issue, Alteogen's total issued shares will increase from the current 53,993,136 shares to 70,183,963 shares. Of these, common shares (excluding treasury shares) will increase from 53,562,635 to 69,631,425, and redeemable convertible preferred shares will increase from 406,793 to 528,830.

The funding for the new share issuance will be covered by 8,095,413,500 won in excess of share issuance proceeds, and 23,708 treasury shares will be excluded from the bonus issue allocation. Fractional shares will be paid in cash based on the closing price on the first day of the new shares' listing.
