StradVision announced on the 22nd via a regulatory filing that it has signed a multi-vision perception software supply contract with Aptiv (Aptiv Global Operations Limited), a vehicle software solutions company and a shareholder.

The contract amount totals 23.71 billion won (USD 16 million), which is equivalent to 130.9% of StradVision's consolidated revenue (18.19 billion won) for the 2025 fiscal year as stated in its audited report. The contract period runs from July 21, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with supply regions targeting global markets worldwide. Payments will be made within 90 days of invoicing.

However, it should be noted that this contract is a 'conditional contract' subject to client approval at each stage of software development. The currently confirmed contract amount is 0 won, with the entire 23.71 billion won being a conditional contract amount.

According to the filing, the contract amount is subdivided into a total of six milestones and is paid accordingly. Payments are confirmed only after meeting stringent conditions at each stage, including the achievement of autonomous driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), approval from the client's review committee, and fulfillment of mass production targets. Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange suspended trading of StradVision's common shares from 5:39 PM on the 22nd until the market close, in accordance with KOSDAQ market disclosure regulations, following the company's major single sales and supply contract filing.
