Finetek announced on the 24th that it has signed a KRW 19.5 billion OLED manufacturing equipment supply contract with Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The contract amount is KRW 19,508,716,672, which amounts to 42.07% of its most recent revenue (KRW 46,345,235,298) based on 2025. This figure corresponds to USD 13,168,256.92 converted at the exchange rate on the contract date (KRW 1,480.90).

The contract period runs from July 23, 2026 to July 23, 2027, with the contract date calculated as the date the company received the purchase order (PO) from the counterparty.

Finetek stated that it is an existing business partner with a track record of executing similar contracts with Samsung Display Vietnam over the past three years. Payment terms consist of 90% interim payment upon product delivery and 10% balance upon final inspection completion, with no down payment or advance payment.
