KBS1's "My Hometown at 6" reported on its May 17 broadcast that broadcaster Miss Kim visited Seokhwa Village in Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, stepping up as a prospective village head.

On this day, Miss Kim visited the village's Shine Muscat farm. She met in person with elderly farmers who have been struggling due to recent price drops and offered them comfort. After tasting the Shine Muscats, she exclaimed, "Even the aroma is different. The moment you bite into it, the fragrance spreads instantly — it's sweet, refreshing, and bursting with juice!" bringing smiles to the farmers' faces.

Miss Kim then explored various parts of the village. After visiting murals and a herbal foot bath in succession, she passed through the studio of an artist at Geurimgak and arrived at a peach farm. There, one elderly resident became emotional, saying, "My body hurts so I can't work properly, and my wife does everything alone," expressing his remorse and gratitude toward his wife. His wife also teared up. Miss Kim offered the couple warm comfort.

Guided by the elderly resident from the peach farm, Miss Kim visited the communal kitchen where villagers gather once a week and participated in serving meals. "We shared a meal and shared laughter," she said, introducing the charm of Seokhwa Village as "a village that is happier because we are together."

Through this visit, Miss Kim sincerely communicated with the residents of Seokhwa Village, delivering inspiration to viewers through her warm comfort and service.
