Actress Ahn Hee-yeon revealed a strong presence from the very first broadcast of KBS 2TV's new weekend drama 'Love Is on Its Way,' leaving a definite impression on viewers.

In episodes 1 and 2, which aired on the 25th and 26th, Ahn Hee-yeon took on the role of 'Han Gyu-rim,' a character who lives fiercely for her family, delivering an authentic performance. Gyu-rim is a spirited character who starts working at dawn, cares for her four younger siblings, and takes charge of the household livelihood. Ahn Hee-yeon delicately portrayed the character's bold and bright energy, convincingly conveying both the weight of realistic daily struggles and a sense of justice that refuses to tolerate injustice.

In particular, she signaled the beginning of a subtle romance through a fateful encounter with Ha Seok-jin (playing the role of Kim Mu-jin), heightening the drama's immersion. Although Gyu-rim cannot easily accept Mu-jin's feelings in the face of reality's walls, she tells a lie in front of her younger sibling Gyu-young that she and Mu-jin are about to get married, amplifying anticipation for the captivating narrative that lies ahead.

As such, Ahn Hee-yeon realistically intertwined the character's signature bright energy with the hardships of life, captivating home viewers with her heartfelt tearful acting.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Love Is on Its Way,' starring Ahn Hee-yeon, airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM.
