Dong-A Socio Holdings announced on the 27th that it had disclosed its preliminary consolidated financial results for the second quarter of 2026.

According to the disclosure, Q2 revenue was tallied at 412.392 billion won and operating profit at 38.959 billion won. Operating profit increased 38.35% compared to the same period last year (28.16 billion won) and surged 103.57% compared to the previous quarter (19.137 billion won). Revenue also grew 18.88% from the same period last year (346.899 billion won) and increased 17.49% compared to the previous quarter (351 billion won).

On a cumulative basis for the first half (January–June), revenue reached 763.393 billion won and operating profit 58.096 billion won, up 13.04% and 19.76% respectively compared to the same period last year.

This disclosure reflects preliminary figures based on consolidated financial statements and has not yet undergone an external audit. The company noted that actual results may differ from these figures depending on the outcome of the audit. In addition, profit before income tax from continuing operations, net income, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent company were not disclosed in this filing.
