EcoPro HN has secured a major contract in its greenhouse gas reduction solutions business.

In a regulatory filing on the 27th, EcoPro HN announced that it has signed a supply contract for greenhouse gas reduction facilities (RCS) with Samsung E&A Co., Ltd. The contract amount is 29,956,695,000 KRW, based on the supply price excluding value-added tax.

The contract is for the supply of large-capacity catalytic PFCs (perfluorinated compounds) treatment facilities (RCS), representing 23.4% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue (14,105,718,027 KRW) on a 2025 basis.

The supply region is South Korea, and the contract period runs from July 27, 2026, to December 30, 2027. There is no down payment or advance payment, and supply will be carried out through a combination of in-house and outsourced production.

The counterparty, Samsung E&A, primarily operates in plant construction, industrial machinery, and environmental pollution prevention facilities. The two companies have a track record of executing similar contracts over the past three years.
