The group ILLIT successfully wrapped up an 11-show tour across five Japanese cities, receiving an enthusiastic response from local fans.
According to their agency, ILLIT toured five cities — Aichi, Osaka, Fukuoka, Hyogo, and Tokyo — drawing approximately 60,000 spectators. Following a complete early sell-out, additional seats with restricted views and standing sections were opened, underscoring the group's local popularity. The concerts held at Tokyo Toyota Arena on the 23rd and 25th–26th drew particular attention, as the group performed the title track from their second Japanese single, 'I Got Your Back (Feat. JISOO, MOMOKA of HANA),' for the first time on this tour. At the final show, JISOO and MOMOKA of HANA, who participated in the featuring, appeared as surprise guests and took the stage with ILLIT, sparking fervent cheers from the audience.
Portions of the performances were live-streamed via Weverse, TikTok, and YouTube, with online fans from 159 countries and regions — including Japan, China, South Korea, and the United States — tuning in together.
During this tour, ILLIT showcased a total of 24 songs, including 'Magnetic,' 'Cherish (My Love),' 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance),' 'Almond Chocolate,' and 'Toki Yo Tomare' (時よ止まれ), demonstrating their musical growth. They conducted dance challenges for 'It's Me,' 'Bubee,' and 'Sunday Morning' with fans and led massive sing-alongs, bringing the atmosphere to a climax.
Following the release of the new song's track and music video, fans poured out positive reactions to the collaboration between ILLIT and HANA. A pop-up store commemorating the release of their second single, set up at Tokyo's Dai Kyu SY Building, also attracted a large number of visitors.
Meanwhile, ILLIT is scheduled to perform at the 'Mezamashi WANGAN Festival' on August 4 and the 'Lucky Festival 2026' on August 9, and will hold a new release event on August 8 at the Festival Plaza on the second floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza.
ILLIT shared their thoughts, saying, 'Thanks to GLLIT, who sang and cheered with us throughout the shows, we were able to finish happily. Seeing GLLIT fill the venue, it felt like a dream. We will work hard so we can continue to see this sight in the future. Please also support our "I Got Your Back" activities.'
