ATEEZ continues to enjoy global popularity, ranking on the U.S. Billboard main chart 'Billboard 200' for four consecutive weeks with their 14th mini-album 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part.5'.
According to the latest chart released by Billboard, the group's 14th mini-album ranked 121st on the 'Billboard 200' chart dated August 1. The album topped the chart in its first week of release on the July 11-dated chart, setting the highest first-week sales record in the United States, and securing the most 'Billboard 200' TOP 10 entries among K-pop groups in the 2020s. Additionally, the album saw its ranking rise on both the World Albums chart and the Top Album Sales chart compared to the previous week, demonstrating sustained popularity.
The title track 'BAD' continues to show strong performance on music charts even after the conclusion of its promotional activities. It ranked 12th on the Melon real-time chart, 18th on the daily chart, and 21st on the weekly chart. The challenge using the song spread across various fields including baseball, entertainment shows, and corporations, with numerous figures participating and generating significant buzz. This trend has captured public attention and established itself as a cultural phenomenon.
ATEEZ is also actively continuing their activities in Japan. Their 5th Japanese single, released at midnight on the 29th, includes the Japanese version of 'BAD' along with new tracks 'Seeker' and 'HIGHER,' totaling six tracks with instrumental versions of each song.
